Four private properties on a 200-year-old estate in Loudoun County, Virginia. Available year-round.
Four ways to make
the farm your own.
Tranquility Farm's overnight properties are available year-round — to wedding guests extending their stay, to families and groups seeking Virginia wine country, and to anyone who simply wants to wake up on a 200-year-old estate with an estate winery and the Blue Ridge Mountains on the horizon. All three houses are available on VRBO, or inquire directly for group bookings, wedding weekend packages, and on-site culinary services.
The 1807 Federal fieldstone manor — original fireplaces, heart pine floors on both staircases, and a quartz formation that catches the solstice sun at precisely 7am every summer. Built by Quaker stone masons, preserved as found. Plaster crown molding intact. The Lovett Courtyard at the back of the house named for the farm's founding builder.
The house the whole estate grew around. Five bedrooms, sleeping ten, with the full grounds of the estate beyond the door.

Perched at the highest point on the estate — the same hilltop as the Hilltop ceremony site — with a main level deck overlooking the full grounds. Manor, vineyard, winery, barn — the whole estate visible from one vantage point. Four bedrooms, sleeping eight.
The estate winery is within walking distance. Pairs naturally with the Manor House for larger groups looking to take over the farmstead together.
The largest overnight property on the estate — eight bedrooms, sleeping sixteen — positioned on the estate winery grounds with immediate access to the tasting room and vineyard terrace. A private pool available May through September, and the estate's only dedicated game room.
Named for the Grüner Veltliner grape, one of the estate's signature white varieties. The natural base for a wine country group stay — large enough for a full gathering, intimate enough to feel like a private estate.
Open fields, vineyard views, and nights under the stars. Glamping on the estate grounds is available through a preferred outdoor provider — the full setup, management, and experience arranged separately.
Available to estate guests. Reach out when booking your stay and we'll connect you with the provider directly.
Draksha — the estate's traditional method sparkling wines — are poured at the winery on the same grounds you are sleeping on. Reserve a tasting for your group through Tock, or arrive at the tasting room and let the afternoon arrange itself.
Otium artisanal estate wines — Grüner Veltliner, Hail Medley, Blaufränkisch, and the reserve reds — are available at the winery tasting room. Wine club members receive priority access and complimentary pours on every visit.
The estate's wedding and event spaces — The Historic Bank Barn, the Glass Manor, the Manor House grounds — are available for private hire on exclusive use. Full-service catering by Founding Farmers Co. Catering & Events.
A short turn from the centre of Purcellville, Tranquility Road leads out into open countryside. The estate sits where the road ends — an hour from Washington D.C., forty minutes from Dulles International Airport.

All three houses are on VRBO. For wedding packages, group bookings, and on-site culinary services, inquire directly.
