Draksha is traditional method sparkling wine, made to be opened. Two wines in the current range: Blanc de Blancs and Extra Brut Rosé. Sparkling Grüner Veltliner is coming next. Dedicated sparkling blocks at Bluemont, planted from 2022. Vines developing since. Estate-grown releases to follow.
Otium is the vintner's estate wine program. Whites lead with Hail Medley, the estate's 2023 co-fermented field blend from a hail year that became something worth celebrating. Reds, Grüner Veltliner, Chardonnay, and Blaufränkisch round out the range. The Tranquility Signature Red Blend is coming next.
