Tranquility Farm is available for corporate retreats on a bespoke basis — the format, duration, and inclusions are shaped around your group's needs. One-day sessions, overnight stays, and multi-day programmes are all available. There is no fixed package menu. One conversation, one proposal.
Exclusive use of contracted spaces applies to all retreats — the same venues, the same culinary partner, the same estate. The winery operates separately, which means estate wine tastings and private wine experiences can be arranged for your group without disrupting the retreat itself.

The Historic Bank Barn, the Glass Manor, the Manor House, and the estate grounds — exclusively yours for the duration of your retreat. The same venue infrastructure that hosts weddings at the weekend is available to your team on a Tuesday.
All retreat formats include exclusive use of contracted spaces, full catering by Founding Farmers Co. Catering & Events, and the option to incorporate private estate wine experiences. Overnight stays in the Manor House, Vineyard Cottage, and Grüner Bungalow are available as part of any multi-day format.
The estate winery produces two wine labels — Draksha sparkling wines and Otium artisanal estate wines — grown and poured on the same estate. Private wine experiences can be woven into any retreat programme, from a working lunch with estate pours to a formal wine paired dinner in the Glass Manor.
These are not generic team-building activities. They are genuine wine experiences led by the estate's own vintner, with wines that have a real story behind them.
