Two estate-owned vineyards in Loudoun County — eight acres at Tranquility Farm in Purcellville, planted from 2007, and thirty-three acres in Bluemont, planted from 2022 — two wine labels poured together at source. The vineyards are what the current chapter is built on. The weddings, the retreats, the stays — they sustain the farming.

Draksha is traditional method sparkling wine — made to be opened. Three wines in the current range: Sparkling Grüner Veltliner, Blanc de Blancs, and Extra Brut Rosé. A dedicated sparkling vineyard planted from 2022 — vines developing since, first estate-grown releases expected in 2026.
Otium is the vintner's estate wine program. Whites lead with Hail Medley, the estate's 2023 co-fermented field blend from a hail year that became something worth celebrating. Reds, Grüner Veltliner, Chardonnay, and Blaufränkisch round out the range.

The Federal-style fieldstone manor — heart pine floors, plaster crown molding, and a quartz formation that catches the solstice sun at precisely 7am. The house the whole farm grew around.
Perched at the highest point on the estate — the same hilltop as the ceremony site — with a main level deck overlooking the full grounds. Four bedrooms, and a view that takes everything in.
