Brigadoon |
Brigadoon: 'Briggs' is black. He is very close in appearance to
his sire, Bugatti Hilltop. He is extremely elegant and eye catching. He
carries the blood of Bolero, Donnerhall and Rubinstein on the sire's side
- all absolute guarantees of rideability, and his damsire is Art Deco, who
has also been successful at Grand Prix. We expect big things from Briggs.
He is currently 16.3 1/4h. He is a full brother to B'Elanna, and to Berlioz, who was the highest scoring colt in the country in
his inspection year. All his dam's foals have been Premium. He has been started and is
going very well in walk, trot and canter and ready to go to his first
show.

 Chardonnay
at his first show with one of his Blue Ribbons.. |
Chardonnay, a
Premium Foal at his inspection,
is a gorgeous chestnut sabino gelding, by Comic Hilltop FRH, out
of Kitty Colleen. Comic's granddamsire, Grande, is perhaps one of
the best known dressage sires. This colt is truly bred for dressage and rideability!
He already shows his sire's wonderful walk and canter, and he has
a most amazing trot. He is
extremely friendly and sweet. Chardonnay has 3 high white
stockings, a belly spot and a very attractive blaze. He is
just gorgeous and very eye-catching coming down the center line.
Comic's sire, Come On, and grandsire, Cantus, are two of the best
jumping sires Germany has produced. A jumper crossed on a dressage
horse gives a wonderful canter and a powerful hind end. Kitty Colleen traces back to Nasrullah, who was represented in the pedigree of more horses in
the Olympics than any other, War Admiral and Man o' War. She also
carries the blood of Northern Dancer and Never Bend. She carries
all the old classic bloodlines which have proven very successful
for sport. Comic Hilltop FRH has recently placed very, very well
in Germany under Carola Koppelmann, including through Granp Prix,
against some very stiff competition from some of Germany's top
riders. Comic won the very prestigious Nurnburg Cup.when he was at
PSG at 7 years old.
This is an invitational competition for which horses have to qualify.
Chardonnay's half sister Belize, also out of
Kitty Colleen, just passed her Mare Performance Test with very good scores
and was named an Elite Mare Candidate.
He is currently in training and starting to show with scores in the low
60's at Training Level. He is currently 16.1 1/2h.

B'Elanna is a full
sibling to Eleganz' 2003 colt,
Berlioz, who was
Site Champion at prestigious Hilltop Farm and the highest scoring colt in
the country for OLNA in 2003.
B'Elanna was Reserve Champion Filly with a score of
8.3 at her
inspection at prestigious
Chestnut Lawn
Farm. This is a very, very typey filly and a beautiful mover. She
has a wonderful topline and a beautiful head and neck. She is
extremely sweet and friendly and comes right up to you in the
field. She just about self loads on a big step-up trailer - she
has walked on, by herself, without halter or leadline, several
times. She has been very, very easy to start, as have been her
siblings and half siblings. Comes from the best of rideable bloodlines of
Bolero, Donnerhall and Rubinstein.
B'Elanna is currently 15.2 1/2h. She has just
started her show career, has adapted very easily to the
show atmosphere, and is shown her with her first 2 Blue Ribbons for which
she earned 70%.

Forrest Elf
 |
Forrest Elf
By Forrest Flame, out of Midnight Rose., is
absolutely exquisite! He has a gorgeous head and neck, a beautiful eye and
absolutely incredible movement. He lost his mother just a couple of days
before his inspection, but he went into that ring and trotted around, all
on his own, as if being handled by the best professional handler. He
really showed that inspector what he was made of and made Premium Foal -
all by himself. I had to drop his lead rope trying to help a friend load
one of her horses, and he just walked around the fuss and got onto his own
trailer, by himself, and waited patiently for us to close him in. What a
sweetheart! 'Big Elf' is maturing to around 15.2h.

Rambling Rose: Dark liver
chestnut mare, foaled April 10, 2005. She is by
Here Be Synod Ronan, a Champion
Section C Welsh Stallion. This is an absolutely beautiful youngster that
will mature as a large pony. She earned an 8.3 for conformation and type at her
foal inspection with ISR Sport Pony Division. Her dam,
Midnight Rose is a TB cross with top TB jumper
lines, and has
produced Premium foals. She was a lovely broodmare with very, very nice
movement. This will be a very competitive large for a child or smaller
woman to ride. She has shown tremendous presence since birth and will
really be an eye catcher coming down the center line, with her presence,
her pretty color, her matched hind socks and her star. She leads, loads
and stands for the vet, farrier and to be bathed. With her looks and
movement she will also be an outstanding sport pony broodmare after her
competition career. Rose has been shown many times in
Pony Hunters and has won ribbons in every class she's entered. She has
1st's, 2nd's, 3rds and a a string of other ribbons, plus a Reserve
Champion ribbon. She is now eventing at Novice Level and jumps clean. She is 14.1- 3/8's h, a gorgeous liver
chestnut with dapples and a metallic sheen to her coat. Her star and white
socks are a very nice contrast to her coat.
She has been extensively trail ridden, and is very safe, and jumps anything in front of
her. She has the jump, the gaits and the fitness to excel at pony jumpers
or eventing, and she has earned scores of 34.5 (eventing) which equates to
65 in Novice Dressage.
Currently in training as an eventer. Would also make an excellent pony
jumper as her stadium jumping is fantastic.

Flora: Flora, by Mannhattan
out of Midnight Rose, is an absolutely beautiful gray
filly. She is 16.1h and a very feminine filly with a beautiful head, and is
a lovely, lovely mover. She has a small star and 2 white socks. She has a
very quiet and sweet personality and will be a wonderful amateur's horse
for any discipline, but I think she's going to make a gorgeous show hunter. She has
the movement that will win the hack, and she
has her sire's jumping ability to win the over fences classes as well. Her sire, Mannhattan won the jumping phase of his 100 Day
Stallion test. She was inspected and registered ISR with a Premium score
for movement. Flora is well started under saddle. Flora has been
out to a small hunter show and won a handful of ribbons. The judge
absolutely loved her and declared her a really cute hunter. She has gone
to Georgia to be a show hunter.

Balalaika: 'Bella' is a bay filly with a
star, foaled April 27, 2003. By
Bugatti, an elite
Hanoverian stallion, approved for breeding with the Hanoverian and ISR/OLNA
registries, with Bolero, Donnerhall and Rubinstein bloodlines, and
out of Midnight Gal, a MMB Oldenburg, N.A.
approved TB mare.
Midnight Gal is the dam of Eleganz, now a
Star Award mare, who
foaled Berlioz, also by Bugatti, and the highest scoring colt in the
country in 2003 for ISR/OLNA.
"Bella" is gorgeous! I just can't say enough about her
wonderful disposition and tremendous character. At only a few days old she
would leave her Mum to come up and schmooze with people. She has a
beautiful face, is very feminine and delicate, and a very correct
conformation. She already shows her sire's beautiful walk and
graceful, rolling canter. Her trot will take your breath away.
She has an exceptionally good mind and is very easy to work with,
even in new situations. She will be
a very competitive candidate for the FEI 4, 5 and 6 Year Old Young Horse
Tests.
Bella has now done all her ground work, lungeing and long lining.
She will very soon be started under saddle.
